Aya Academy - Undergraduate

During the spring 2025 semester, undergraduate Aya Inc. students participate in 6 core workshops that include:

Creating a Career: Resume, cover letter and interview preparation
Caring for the Queen in Me: How to come back after academic and professional setbacks and best self care practices
Building Networks, Building Power: How to build and sustain professional networks
Leading Across Lines: Understanding and leveraging leadership styles
Building the Ultimate Empire: Understanding entrepreneurship and ones identifying passion and purpose
A Seat at the Table: Building confidence and navigating predominately White and male workspace

During the fall semester of 2025, undergraduate students will be paired with a high school senior to mentor.
