Aya Inc. is guided by the belief that professional Black women—from millennials and beyond—can serve as powerful sources of support for college students seeking guidance as they navigate the workplace and shape their careers. Our professional mentors help college students identify and build their professional pathways, drawing on their own experiences in the working world to prepare students for the challenges they may encounter.
We intentionally center Black women in this work because we recognize that they often face greater barriers to securing career-launching opportunities and achieving salary equity with their peers.
Over the years, the relationships between our professional mentors and college mentees have evolved into lasting, sister-like bonds—mutually enriching experiences that benefit both mentors and mentees alike.
